A seamless upgrade to an modern content platform
The project began with a problem: UiPath had several high-traffic, multilingual web platforms with no design consistency, content reusability, or ease of governance.
From here it was up to me to distill a solution that would genuinely benefit teams across each of these disciplines. I interviewed members of each team, learning their workflows, painpoints, and inefficiencies of their day-to-day.
Working from a place of empathy, I designed a platform that would take content management out of the hands of engineers, and allow governance of accessibility, SEO, tone-of-voice, and UI at scale.
Results
As a result of the migration to this platform, my team and I increased accessibility scores by seventy percent, outperformed organic growth targets quarter after quarter, and enforced a content governance across thousands of multilingual site pages.
Architecting, building, and socializing design system tooling for hundreds of engineers
When I started at UiPath, we had thirty five different digital products, each with disparate brand experiences, UI elements, and front end systems.
I worked across design, product, and engineering to come up with an easy way for engineers to access the design tokens, UI elements, and icons that designers managed.
To earn funding and trust in the project, I started with the smallest first step: a system to view, access, and update design tokens.
From there, I worked with executive leadership to get funding for the design system engineering team. It was approved, and we got to building the remaining pieces that were needed.

Design System
This platform has been integrated into 35 internal products. It's helped us achieve VPAT certification as well, significantly expanding market reach and contributing to UiPath FedRAMP authorization.
